A few weeks ago I joined a blogging community called AlphaWomen.com and one of the first blogs that caught my eye was MyMakeupMirror.com. I sent an email to the woman who writes it and found out she actually lives in my city, less and five miles from my house! Pretty incredible coincidence, don’t you think?
Suzann is a freelance writer and a former professional singer, but she is passionate about animal rights. Her blog on cruelty-free cosmetics is a labor of love.
Rather than copy other lists of cruelty-free cosmetics from the internet, Suzann has used her research background and come up with a complete list of companies, each of which has been verified twice by different sources. Her site marks both non-animal testing companies and companies that produce completely vegan products with no animal products used at all in their creation or manufacturing.
The site is kept up regularly and has a wonderful collection of blog topics in addition to the lists of companies. I am so pleased to add it to my blogroll and my browser favorites for future reference.
Thanks Suzann!!!
